Survey CustomizationConducting an All-Inclusive, Customized Climate Survey Take advantage of the Great Colleges program by using the process as a springboard for a more comprehensive institution-wide survey. Applicants can customize certain components of the faculty/staff survey, such as adding/customizing demographics and adding/customizing statements and/or questions. They may also broaden the survey audience to include Other Non-Exempt Staff. Results can still be used for the recognition component of the Great Colleges as long as the survey is conducted between January - April 2012. The complete application pool is never disclosed. Only colleges that are publicly recognized in the Academic Workplace supplement are identified.
