1. What are the IT Requirements for this program?

Please review the IT Requirements document for details on how to prevent your firewall, spam filters, or other security settings from blocking program emails.

2. What is the role of the IT Contact?

The IT Contact is responsible for facilitating the technical aspects of the survey process. His/her role includes: white listing the program domains, IP addresses and email addresses on your institution's email server; participating in the Connectivity Test performed on in March to enable a smooth survey process; and being available during the survey period from March 19 to April 13, 2012 to troubleshoot any technical issues like quarantined emails.

3. Do we have to complete the surveys online?

Yes.

4. Not all of our staff have email addresses. Can we still use the online survey?

Yes. The online survey can still be used as long as employees without email addresses are able to access the Internet. In this scenario, ModernThink provides login sets (usernames and passwords) for employees without email addresses so that they can complete the online survey. Using the Administrative Portal, institutions will alert ModernThink that they will require login sets and how many they will need for each Job Category (Faculty, Administration and Exempt Professional Staff).
